Dec 10 2012: I believe that term limits should be implemented on Congress. If other areas of the government are expected to maintain stability while respecting term limits there is no reason there should be an exception made for Congress. If Congress had term limits it would force members to make changes faster, more efficiently, and concentrate more on the people than on their on success.
