  Your question reminded me of a saying of Prophet Mohammad PBUH (I will try to find a proper translation and post it here) but my own explanation will be: (Do you want me to tell you about something if you all do then love will spread among all? Spread the word Salam - which is the greeting of Islam (peace be upon you) -
  this could be a start.
