An idea worth spreading

The idea is for all humans to be humble and recognize that we are an animal that is still driven by ancient instincts to survive and procreate and that this instinct is the root of our ego and responsible for our insatiable desire for more of whatever it is that we like as an individual. It is my belief we are slaves to our egos until such time as we, as individuals, can accept the world is not about me or you but about the collective consciousness of humanity as a whole. You see my friends, one may have all the money in the world and think they are the greatest who ever lived but in reality they are slaves to their own egos. Humility, love and understanding are my messages.

I'm passionate about

Making the planet a better place through peace and understanding and honoring the duty we have to make a sustainable future for generations to come. Population Control and Education.

Universities

Texas A&M at Galveston

Talk to me about

We must have industry. We must have taxes. We must have transparency in all things. We must have a majority of the population who agree on sustainability. Less is more!

People don't know I'm good at

Education, It may be time to start separating those who get it and those who don't. By continuing to feed the ignorant we exacerbate their problems. That is the law of nature we now defy. We will pay.

My TED story

Pollution controls are expensive but as you see there is a job creating industry in environmental protection itself? The money required to implement environmental safety is only being re-distributed and Industry pass their costs on to the consumer. In fact we create added value through extended factory lifespans, better public image and greater profitability through reducing risk. Seems to me there is a win/win situation industry and environmentalits that could leave your great, great grandchildren with jobs and a beautiful place to live just like you have enjoyed.

Charmian Gooch: Meet global corruption's hidden players
I said they should observe the lessons. I've been hearing way too much about religion from politicians. Religous belief need never be mentioned. The lessons of the scriptures are common sense and should be observed that is all. Have I seen tears from some of these guys? Those tears are either theatrical or lack of self control. We need neither in politics. Europe is laughing at us....I live here I know! And for goodness sake can someone get jerry springer of the TV. He and others like him make a mockery of America. It's sick!

As for religion? Our Founding Father's wrote there shall be a separation of church and state because of the historical abuse of power exercised by organized religion. Of course I do not want religion to be part of governance! All I was saying is that all of the holy books say the same thing and that we should observe the lessons rather than flaunt them as we are. Personally I believe we should be killing with kindness not bombs! But there is no money in that is there? Has anyone ever asked why they flew those planes in to the towers? I don't know why...Why do they hate us? I would continue but I am afraid of radiation poisoning...Does fear of assassination stop the pen of would be reformists? Darn right it does! I'll say no more.

License to vote and have children or exclusion zones where unproductive members of society cannot go. Politicians should have some privileges and maybe something like tax free up to 250K for life for their services. They should also continue to receive benefits and expenses while in office just as we would working for any decent corporation. Can you agree that most politicians are driven to office for the wrong reasons. Aren't most politicians millionaires to start with. These people are not in touch with the population. Are they not all endorsed by their parties which excludes those unable to get endorsement. There should be no fundraisers and every candidate should receive equal campaign funding. Every contract awarded by any governmental body anywhere must be published on the net in an easy to find location. I don't see how we can keep up in this global race unless we clean up our act and get people back to work. The wealthy and the not so wealthy a leaving in Droves due to the expense of living in America...I live in Ireland now. Mostly because of hassles from Immigration and their constant hounding of us for money...every time my wife wanted to leave the US or come back...She has no record never committed any crime but treated like a criminal by Immigration! Yeah! I am pretty chafed! At least I am 1 of 4.5 million instead of 360 million. I am married 17 years...I should do nothing for her citizenship, pay nothing and be issued permanent residency with freedom to come and go as she pleases without paying every time. Your beurocracy is a shambles. America will not keep up on the global stage unless things change. World leadership is diminishing rapidly for America. America is quite simply no longer the place to be and we have ourselves to blame. Remember divided we fall and the country is divided along party lines. This recession is on going due to republicans not wanting Obama to look good for the second term elections. Now that they have lost you can see the ec

I doesn't matter what book you read...koran, bible or Torah they all say the same thing...is it not funny how this is never brought up. Our leaders do not even remotely observe the lessons passed on for thousands of years! Now ain't that funny? All those books teach humility, caring and love. All those books say the same basic thing and they all originated from the same place! Grow up people...you make me ashamed of my own scientific nomenclature! I am ashamed to be called Homo Sapien. We put people on the moon while billions walk about in ignorance and poverty breeding more ignorance and poverty! I made a wish to god when I was small that we would never infect the rest of the universe. We are still far to primitive to leave this earth! I realised that we do not live long enough to care for the earth when I was a child! I would have pressed the imaginary button that I created which would make us all dumb animals again including myself. These things are very clear when you are 11 years old but as you grow older we become more entrenched in our ways. less likely to swerve in our opinions. Listen to the youth for they are free of sin!

The core problem my friend is human nature! Not unlike other animals we as humans still observe instincts. I maintain the self preservation instinct is at the root of greed. This makes the greedy slaves to their own instincts. They can't see that of course...it is just not convenient. It is much better to brainwash your self with ideas of deserving it or being entitled to the wealth or power they so desire. By this very example one may easily see those who are drawn to these places of power are fundamentally flawed characters. Slaves to their own greed which is the remnant of primal instincts to survive!!! No politician should ever be paid a penny, there should be no political parties, there should be no lobbyists. The public should prove their ability to make rational decisions before they are allowed to vote! There should be a license to vote and a license to have children - some people are having a negative impact on society because they are un educated and bringing future generations of uneducated ignorants in to our societies. these people are having a negative impact on society as a whole and I am tired of paying for them with my cash and my freedom!

Sebastião Salgado: The silent drama of photography
Thank you Sebastião Salgado! Mankind has made some great achievements. It does not seem so hard to turn vast expanses of desert back to fertile farmland and forestry. This investment in the future is essential and will pay great rewards to future generations not to mention show our appreciation. It is everyone's responsibility to educate the ignorant. Primary producers (plants) are the perfect way to harness the Sun's energy. Plant's make life on earth possible not gold. Plants are perfect not people.
