Is it true that we do things mostly for our benefits?
Yes, people "do things"(I think you specifically mean help) mostly because they enioy it and it gives them some sort of satisfaction and I am not opposed to it when considering the alternative which is to not have any kind of satisfaction from the "good deed" that was done and to just mechanically help people. The satisfaction that people get is from the sense of seeing that the help that was given has reached the benefactor and has resulted in his "prosperity" (kinda exaggerated) but I hope you get my point. Helping people doesn't give any 'positive' emotion only if you're* dead inside. That's my view anyway. Of-course, my view is by no means involving the help offered to everyone everyday to do mundane process. *I am not personally addressing you but I am addressing the guy who shows no emotion when he offers to help someone

Can racism truly be eliminated?
But it is difficult to stop kids from being exposed to individuals who are 'racist' in nature. Or simply be exposed to people who classify individuals based on locality (which need not be from a different race). Classifying and treating people differently is something that should be stopped which I think is difficult since a lot of individuals stereotype people based on the individual's habit and treat them differently.

Can racism truly be eliminated?
Eliminating racism is a difficult task. Let's assume that people may not be racist if they are exposed to all kinds of people in their normal environment. Creating such an environment is something that is difficult if not impossible for under-developed / developing countries.

Can anyone prove the existence of a supernatural deity?
The existence of God cannot be proven because it is purely based on faith. The existence of which cannot be proved by myself or anyone in this conversation(probably). But what I can tell you is that people who believe in God can put their hopes, their dreams, their problems into the arms of the supernatural power they believe in and will be more peaceful when compared to how they themselves will be without their faith or "supernatural deity".
