About Me

My name is Dave. I am 23 years old. I studied Social work at Southampton Solent University. My interests are within the areas of Human Rights, Mental and Emotional health as well as Positive Living. I found a lot of my personal belief have been developed through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I enjoy video-making and run a Collaborative Mental and Emotional Health project channel named 'The Positive Mind Project' - https://www.youtube.com/user/PositiveMindProject

I also enjoy swimming, Water polo, reading and watching movies

I spent the summers of 2010 and 2011 working at a Special Needs camp in Hunter, New York.
