Now at the Athena Center for Leadership Studies conducting leadership and organizational development for companies and institutions that want to increase women in top positions. I founded "Leadership Works" with 5 friends to advance women at the local level to gain civic, political and electoral power. While with The White House Project for 9 nines I created "Vote, Run, Lead" the nation's largest civic and political training program for women.
