More About Me

I'm passionate about

Languages and traveling to get to know every single corner of our beautiful blue sphere.

An idea worth spreading

The most important thing in life is to keep the good humour. Find reasons to smile and laugh even in the most adverse situations. As Chaplin said: "A day without laughter is a day wasted."

Talk to me about

Computers, engineering and music.

People don't know that I'm good at

Juggling.

A comment on Talk: Jay Silver: Hack a banana, make a keyboard!

3 days ago: That's a good way to face the world, and I love how he talks about it, with such passion. He almost cried in the end :-)

The lesson I take from this talk is, you can do whatever you want with the world, so stop complaining and make it happen!

A comment on Talk: Rita Pierson: Every kid needs a champion

6 days ago: This is really what our teachers need to know! The first thing teachers must offer their children is a place nice and fun to be at. Once they have it, learning comes more naturally.

Another great talk about this matter was given by Tyler DeWitt. I recommend.

I myself have been teaching kids for a while, and this talk was very inspiring! Thanks Ms. Pierson!

A comment on Talk: Bill Gates: Teachers need real feedback

6 days ago: The idea is very nice but what worries me is that its main motivation is to put America at the top of global educational rankings. Is it really a noble cause if they only care about making America better than the rest of the world?

"It's putting America's global leadership at risk". Is this really why you need to invest in education?

I think Americans (as in the ones living in the United States) should start taking a look at the world as a whole. The problem exists beyond the nation borders and is something to be thought about by every citizen from every country...
