Oct 8 2012: I think the principles Amy shared are very useful and practically true... And reading from the comments perhaps the term "faking" should be changed...? If we do try to move and make gestures we don't typically do, it could be that we are simply trying, we are moving out of our comfort zones and simply finding what we already have within ourselves and using them...
Oct 2 2012: I've known people who have been able to practice synthetic happiness, a common denominator I observe among all of them is that they are able to set boundaries in life... They clearly see and maintain a set of reversible and irreversible conditions...
