Nov 25 2012: I believe there are limited, but it depends on what u are dealing with. if it's something with is going to course harm to human and the environment ; I think are limits in that sense.
but with widening our knowledge, wisdom, technology and it's likes, there are not stop are what sign along that path.
Oct 17 2012: it's all about having wisdom. because out of it comes knowledge and out of knowledge comes intellect and out intellect comes intellectual and out of intellectual comes a good decision maker. I haven't mentioned formal education here. because u can aquer all these status without going through a formal education.
formal education is just the icing on the cake.
so the key to a good decision making is wisdom and the key to wisdom is GOD.
Oct 17 2012: if my understanding of culture is still fresh; is a way of life by a group of people. With this definition set as a base form my commenting, technology isn't a way of life. culture was installed in us right from childhood. making it impossible to change it. Technology will improve and advance, whereas culture will stay the same. But I believe we can, and are even bridging the gap between culture and technology; with the youth of today.
Sep 18 2012: I agree that it should be free but not online. because, you could people registering for the courses, but let other do it for them.
if it's going to be online; then stringent measures have to be put in place to make sure all rules and regulations on those courses are followed.
