Sep 19 2012: I don't agree with the title of the talk being appropriate for his speech. Internet is a phenomenon having its representations in both physical and virtual world, so an answer to the question "What is the Internet, really?" should talk about the Internet phenomenon as a whole. However, the speech is 100% dedicated to the Internet's existence in the material world.
