My TED Story

The way i found ted was a class that i took my senior year of high school. The class was called refections on life and it was the first time the teacher was teaching it and they have not put together a lesson plan so every day we would walk into class watch a ted video that interested the whole class and then we would discuss what the people think about the topic. most of the people did not have a view on the topic because they were either distracted with their cell phones distracted by the people around them or just did not pay attention because they had other stuff going on in their life's. what i did was took what the person was talking about on ted and combined it with the idea that made sense to me. that answer that i got i would try to explain to the class most of the kids did not get only one did a friend and the teacher did aslo. Now when i walk by the class that i took and see that they are following a lesson plan it makes me mad that they cant have the same open experience.

  Jan 26 2013: for us people who only see the spending from the outside prospective would be of no help. their are programs that they do not tell us about that spend money and those programs will not change so their is nothing that we can really do to make the situation better unless those people do see the situation that we are in and change if for the better but that would never happen.

  A comment on Conversation: If you could correct one mistake you made in life, which would it be?

  Jan 16 2013: you should not correct any mistakes that you have made in your past because it make you who you are now and that if you correct it then you would become a different person who would do the same mistake that you just corrected because you have not learned from that mistake.

  Sep 12 2012: the answer to your problem is a simple one in theory but a extreme changeling when you try to put it into reality this planet is just a seed that we will in the future completely destroy because that is just the way it works we use the planet as a launch pad to expand the species in to space and then consume another planet that is the theory that i believe will work and that i see the only out come so its just a race between use stabilizing a good gate way off this planet that we can rely on or we lose the race and completely destroy our selfs due to over population and not enough resources for every one to have. just look at mars that was a civilization at one time that lost the race.

• A comment on Conversation: We are all mortal. We all grow old. What do you think about that?

  Sep 12 2012: Each persons life is different baised on where they live and what they experience in their life so some of your questions will be answered by a person that all ready has liven a life but most of it is unknown because each generation is different from that last and it is moving even fast with the introduction to technology so each persons situations will be different and faced with different chalenges that the previous generation might not any concept about so what i think im trying to say that a older person with more experience then a younger person will be able to help in a general way. correct me if im wrong

  Aug 11 2012: i believe space is not what you think it is
  we are not in something like in a liquid
  we are on the out side of something like how we are sitting on the ground not in the earth
  thats why every thing looks like its getting farther away because the object that we are on is expanding

  Aug 11 2012: the grades the helped me was k-6 thats it
  from then on it should be baised on what the individual would like to do what they like
  look at the olympics some of those people have been training sense they were really young they found a passion and they were helped threw it by the people around them shouldn't school be just like that
  sure not every one knows what they want to to at that age but that should be the time when they experiment with different things rather then when they graduate high school and they had time to do other things that might interfere with their education.
