May 28 2012: in my experience u get a under prepared jr lawer with 5 minutes to review the case when you go for the legal aid option, thats if you are eligable for it that is, the law is for the rich, look at the 20+ year court case with exxon/ mobile against the us gov over oil spil, they out spent the fed to win the case.
Yes, its the justice the talib offer, as you say, thats my point.
Respectful anarchy, pretty simple realy, seems you not familar with Gandhi ideal state, maybe you should do some research, and as for working well for rich and poor, wow, sounds like you dont get out much, you should educate yourself about how the poor in this world actualy live and develop a little more emphathy. peace
May 28 2012: thats true, rare, but true, but im more shocked that no one comments on my other point, because when it happens this debate we be pointless.
May 28 2012: that sounds great, would fit as a end point in my plan to sustainability. I have just been reading some stuff about the plans of the White Dragon Society, similar stuff but with "posable heavy ramifications", not sure about alot of this stuff but some of it makes more sence than mass media take:
The White Dragon Society proposes using humanity’s savings to end war, end poverty and stop environmental destruction. After that, humanity can be set on a path of exponential expansion into the universe. Our savings and our future planning can be devoted to such attainable goals as increased longevity, improved human abilities, free energy, the creation of new eco-systems, the expansion of life in all its forms and anything else scientifically possible and morally permissible that we can dream of.
The White Dragon Foundation has been set up in order to attain these goals. It will carry them out by means of a meritocratically staffed international economic planning agency.
There are indications coming from all over that the Old World Order is waging an all out offensive on all fronts in order to maintain its grip on global power.
The world now faces a clear choice between the genocidal, racist religious fanatics who want to murder 5 billion people and a group that wants to end poverty, end war, stop environmental destruction and start a Golden Age.
May 27 2012: The problem, as always, is people and power, all power corrupts evientualy due to self preservation, personal gain and ego.
A welfare state were most of the money goes to big business and is spun to not be socialism, but universal healthcare is? And how many "hard working" people make that happen so the rich can have gold yachts? There would be no rich without the toil of the poor worker. Can someone with a learning disability have the same potential to become rich? No, so not everyone "has the opportunity to become wealthy".
How hard does he work to "earn" 5 billion US$ in a year from selling junk bonds to greedy stupid people?
It seems that the west drifts from more to less market regulation based on the public perception, we are in a space now like it was 100 years ago with the markets: less regulation-more concentraited wealth, more regulation-less concentraited wealth, with all governments under the thumb of big business. The ease of politicial leadership to become beholdent to the will of big business for personel gain, media for distracting the mob, divide and conquer the masses.
One answer may be to ban all funding for politicial parties, pay all politicians the minium wage and make them pass a moral exam to enter.
But to me there is a equal problem with capitalism too, the end of the industrial revoulition, when robots take most of the work in the next 10 to 20 years, there will be no wages, no wages means no consumsion, no consumsion means no more capitialism, what happens then?????? dun dun darrr.
May 27 2012: maybe we would have sent people to another galaxy and cured old age and cancer by now if we had put all the money going to war into science and be teleporting from galaxy 2 galaxy, pointing out tech from the war machine misses the point i make, we could have had all that and more without funding the war machine. Peace
May 27 2012: no, it would be just more expensive. P.S. were do you put solar panels on a green roof? :)
but they r cool, funny how green roofs came before green walls, makes me wonder how the roof was held up... ha
May 27 2012: tibetian buddisits thought like that, some still do, but that type of thinking didnt get them rights or fairness when the chinese marched in and took over back in 56.

May 27 2012: i hear that, the weakest link is humanity itself, how to unite, thats the question, this plan must be all inclusive to work, if a criticial mass of humanity is on board, industrial heads, media, politicians, UN, then a rollout can happen, it needs a super human effort but it all starts with one step.
May 27 2012: i have a design for low cost space vechile too, cost to orbit would be as low as $10000. Big problem is getting criticial mass for project to work. The amount needed will probable change but is just a working figure for 8 billion 1 million dollar trust funds, plus cash for global infrustructure rollouts.
