Iqbal Quadir: How mobile phones can fight poverty
Well I meant overall remark...which is more negative! It is like saying someone with very good idea that idea is good but your accent is bad!..which is very last century attitude now world and especially TED community is broadminded and focuses on ideas not who or how its being delivered! But anyways rest is up to you...its your words and your are entitled to your own opinion!

Eric X. Li: A tale of two political systems
What a great talk - this is so true as western have this issue to believe their system is best for each and every society/culture which is not the case! In reality western have passed their black ages and other may be going through their black ages! In my opinion eastern cultural, societies and systems worked well for thousands of years and they are also evolving.. let them grow, let them survive...let them define us ourselves! Let this variety grow! Eric you are a star! On individual level I don't care what system we had if my family and I have food, shelter, good life and autonomy and democracy in last so many years in so many countries has failed to do so! As those who have wealth can come to power by using resources they have (even to spread your point you have to spend resources) and then once in office they have no option but to collect more wealth for next election and to favour those who helped them in the first place to come to power! And this vicious cycles goes on! Thus how anyone will end corruption, who will do that as the one in the office won't do this! This is the reality of democracy in developing world which western leaders are imposing on people! We all should talk about how and who will change the life of ordinary people..thats all! If inflation has increased 50% in a democratic society we don't want such democracy as this is impact my life and that of my fellow countrymen!! But west won't understand this as their systems are highly developed and they can manage corruption which developing countries are unable to do!! Please just focus on the impact of life of an individual not system or name of the system!!!

Joseph, you're an inspiration. You mom and sisters and in heaven your father will be as proud of you as we are for you. i pray that you can find your sister and mom soon! You are our hero..! I thin which I always question is what motivates people to still survive no matter what life brings .... How did you decide to keep on struggling in spite of losing your family and nothing to even eat... you said its hope. Hope for what..good times? i know i would have given up ... thus, I think you are amazing and so strong....may you find all your love one and have a great life ahead! Keep inspiring...!

Amy Cuddy: Your body language shapes who you are
Yes Susan you are brave and only thing to fear is fear is fear itself - once you out of that you can do anything. Only way to be out of problem is to stop thinking about the problem and start thinking about the solution.BTW your written English is so good and thus I am sure your solution is closer than you think! You rightly said you just have to make some changes may be 'really big changes' - but you can do it - Progress and keep us posted. Best luck. Thanks for your well wishes too :)

Amy Cuddy: Your body language shapes who you are
Susan Xiang, I can really understand what are you talking about as I have faced similar situation. Though not exactly same as only my accent was strong. I think all of non-english speaking national face such issues but don't be so hopeless, don't hide your personality by excluding yourself from all activities you love because of the fear that others won't understand you..! If they won't they'll ask you again, I would say your fear is the only true problem here - when you'll start to speak and try, people will try to understand but if you'll hide yourself and your existence then no one would even know whats going on with you! They may even judge you as introvert, secluded person. Just remember you are part of very big group of overseas non-english speaker - you are not the only one who is facing this issue. If you'll try you'll be fine. YOu can also take some english language class - otherwise just start to speak, wi'll be fine as you are a brave person! Good luck to you!
