  Apr 19 2012: TED helps me gain insights and new perspectives.I find the topics healthy and stimulating.

  A comment on Conversation: Do introverts make better leaders?

  Apr 19 2012: I feel its contextual.There are organisation situations where extroverts are required to propel the organisation.In certain situations where the organisation is mature, introverts may be better suited since a " maintenance" role is required. There are certain roles where the introvert is a better leader and other situations where the extrovert is a better leader.Leadership qualities needs to be viewed bearing in mind the context.

• A comment on Conversation: How might teachers implement sites like Facebook, Twitter, or Youtube to engage students in their education?

  Apr 19 2012: Teachers can engage in conversations that are healthy.They could perhaps establish a counselling blog to help youngsters with the problems they face.
