  Feb 4 2013: After getting over the embarrassment of searching high and low on the wrong source, I have found it! If it sounds like your cup of tea - I certainly think it's an idea worth spreading - the specific person I was referring to was Jeffrey Immelt. I was drawn to it initially because Paul Farmer is on it to. To be honest, all of the panellists are great! I hope you enjoy it, and get as much inspiration as I did.

  That got me thinking, and was something that always confused me. Alas, I have realised now that I found fora.tv and TED at the same time - I've kept on coming back to TED but forgot fora.tv existed!
  Anyway, I FOUND IT! And I realised that my description was not 100% right, but pretty close. I feel I'm much too young to be so forgetful! Thanks for your help in me finding it again.
