People, people, people! It's all about people; businesses, politics, everything is about people. There is no government or organization (corporation), but people! They decide what to do, not government or organizations do...
And, either there are good people or bad ones, that's it!

It = the thing (job) that you really love and want to do.
About the ages, it doesn't really matter, people differ from each other...

ps: By the way, the very first semester I'd changed my major to Economics, because politics wasn't my thing...
