Mar 14 2012: of course! why not! just makes it easier to process into weapons, that is only what it's good for isn't it?
i mean anything else that is cleaner and safer is suppressed and shelved or classified? why not make it easier to transport after all if you move it from one part of the base to the other then it doesn't leave a paper trail at the permit of transport in the department of transportation office right?
i agree put the plants on the bases to make the weapons of mass destruction it's all it's good for anyways!!!
  • A comment on Talk: Debate: Does the world need nuclear energy?

Mar 14 2012: i would really like to spend all day reading all of the comments, i have scanned a few but i don't have that kind of time to do that so i will just get to the point!
i was in the industry for a brief time and to put it bluntly it's an after effect of materials of war!
science has evolved face it your doing the same thing a dam does turning a turbine, you boil water and make energy! so what is the big deal? there are far safer things out there that do the same thing without even makeing this excuse for defense contractors to make weapons, but haveing the discussion of "do we need this or not" is simply not needed at all.
if you really want clean and safe energy look at what has been shelved because of being suppressed,!

it's not the only one as a matter of fact it is proven time and time again.
there is more out there then this, there are others out there that have done much more.
don't we owe it to no only ourselves but more importantly to our children to move forward and see all possibilities instead of rehashing the same old lies we keep telling ourselves that Nuclear energy is now not only obsolete but way past it's prime and is now a huge threat to our future
