Do we learn faster in cities? Learning is defined here as: Acquiring tested, practical knowledge or skill from human and non-human sources.
Hi Helen ..., "Location has little to do with learning" ... yes I quite agree. I´d say that have access to learning resources is even more important than location. For instance Internet is a rather simple example, it is an open window to knowledge as long as you have access to it and, know how to use it: you can share ideas, experiment experiences... Also be surronded by the right people , people who push you to pursue your goals, who are always there to help you with. We learn faster depending on our personal needs , people surronding us and, access to resources regardless of the place where we live.

Human Cloning
A gift of nature ... but what about when nature does not give us a gift ? should in this case human clonning acceptable? I really like the subject and the truth is that I´m in favour of human clonning to a certain extent. There are limits we have to respect but the truth is that nobody knows where the limit is .

Should we study Latin and Greek?
If I had to chose I´d say , none of them unless you want to devote your live to the study of these two languages specifically. There is nothing wrong with learning dead languages but the truth is that you can not make a living ot it and, it is sad but at the end, it is what matters. In my case at school I had the chance to learn French instead of Latin and believe me it is something I have never regret : I can travel, read and COMMUNICATE. Something I could have never done with Latin or Greek.

Barry Schwartz: The paradox of choice
The more choices , the more responsibility that lays on us , and once we make our choice we are the only responsible...who´s trying to make our lives so complicated? . At the end you really need to know what your real expectations are , not to be disappointed afterwards.
