Understanding and Promoting the value of Diversity.
Diversity does not mean acknowledging or tolerating the differences, but understanding and celebrating similarities.
Diversity is not something that is just limited to cultures, but breaking barriers of cultures and making a commitment to recognize and appreciate the variety that makes individuals unique, and promote an atmosphere that celebrates individual and collective achievements.
