My TED Story

it started with 2 bouts of Viral Meningitis. I was therefore even more shocked, when shortly after, I found myself unable to lift my head off the pillow, and my morning routine of getting out of bed and into the shower, involved crawling along the bedroom floor due to complete lack of energy, and holding on to the shower screen as I didn’t have the strength to stand. I was diagnosed with CFS a dibilitating illness which left me bedbound for 1 year sleeping almost 20 hours a day, then for several years I was housebound unable to leave the house because of the fear I had and the fact I needed the use of walking aids or a wheel chair. I suffered many years of aniexty and depression and well as many other issues. I hated my life at one point I left the house with every intention to end my life, but the voice of my son called in my head and I stopped, now I specialise in stress and empowerment, and I have worked with people all over the world, I found my calling through that darkness

Mar 27 2012: There are loads of quotes that I could of chosen but this is from the movie "We bought a zoo" it sends shivers down my spine, I think because of the fact that so many of use hold ourselves back because of fear, and for the most of us when we do pluck up the courage to do it, we can't work out what the fuss was all about

"All you need is 20 seconds of insane courage, and I promise you something great will come of it”
