Hi everyone, I'll just write a little bit about why I'm here, who I am, and how I became a yoga teacher.
When I was young, I was never involved in a sport because of my weight and self esteem issues. Whenever sport classes came along, I used to pretend I was ill so I didn't have to be embarrassed in front of all the other class mates. (I'm sure many of you did the same from time to time.) Fortunately, my friend introduced me to yoga, and ever since I have been practicing yoga as much as possible. So much in fact that I became a specialized yoga teacher. I wanted to spread the word of this wonderful practice to other people in the community where this relaxing and spiritual practice may not be known. By the way, my health is now much better than when I was younger and I look forward to doing yoga every day.
As this site is about spreading ideas I believed it was a great opportunity for me to tell others about yoga and how it can transform your life for the better. I am also very interested in what others have to say about yoga and any other health practices there are that relate to this.
