  • A reply on Conversation: What is your attitude toward your life?

    Mar 6 2012: Hey Elizabeth

Well, I work as a Software Process Consultant in Healthcare Domain. More of IT stuff :)

yeah, we all are here to learn from each other! :)

    Good to know you :)
  • A comment on Conversation: What is the objective of a debate?

Mar 6 2012: To see different sides of the same coin. Sometimes, we are not able to see the other side of the coin, which is not properly visible to us, and therefore we might not be in a position to make any informed decision, there, I believe, debate is helpful, as it also weighs all the different aspects of the same situation / problem.

A reply on Conversation: What is your attitude toward your life?

    Mar 6 2012: Hey Gowri,

I would like to add what you have said, we should aspire to be better than what we are right now, we are the biggest and strongest competitors of ourselves, and I think, we would not need any role model, if we start competing with our own self to be better!

    Hope, I made some sense!
  • A reply on Conversation: What is your attitude toward your life?

Mar 6 2012: Exactly, what I believe in ! I also firmly believe in re-setting my head every morning! Great Words Kris :)
  • A comment on Conversation: What is your attitude toward your life?

Mar 6 2012: I would try to answer this and summarize my answer through the quote which I follow in my life strictly :)

"For a sane man, every morning is the beginning of a new life!"

I live each and every moment of this life and my attitude tells me to learn from my mistakes and try not to repeat them in future, and help others wherever and whenever possible, and try to make this world a better place to live in for all :)
  • A comment on Conversation: If you went back in time 250 years, what would you be able to teach people? What would you have to learn?

Feb 22 2012: Well... I have a completely different perspective to what others have contributed. I completely understand that we have become too much technology driven and technology dependent, but at the same time, education has always been the same.

the Moral and Ethical Values will always remain same, and the world is surviving on them, so, if given a chance to go back in time 250 years, I would still be able to teach the same value to the people around.

Hope, I made some sense :)
  • A comment on Conversation: If you had $1,000,000 how would you change the world?

Feb 22 2012: Well... The world cannot change in one go! It is a continuous process!

If i have this much amount of money, and have only one thought in my mind, to change the world for better! I would spend all of this money in providing education to children, and the children would be the future of this world and if they are adequately educated, then I believe, they will do better things to make this world a much better place to live in!

A comment on Conversation: How do you overcome fear?

Feb 22 2012: Fear for me, in simper terms, is lack of confidence in myself!

I believe, if I can gather enough confidence to prove myself wrong, I have overcome the fear.

Fear, infact, stops us from even trying! So, I always believe, the best way to overcome fear is to convince your own self that you can do it!

Some tools which always come handy while trying to overcome fear in may case, is the SWOT analysis, I pen down my strengths, my weaknesses, opportunities available to me and the threats behind and then I try to prove to myself that my strengths are much more in weight than my weaknesses and I have many opportunities and very less threats, so why not go for it!

Hope this makes some sense! It actually works for me :)
  • A comment on Conversation: Why do we always talk but not much do what we talk?

Feb 21 2012: it is like Walking the Talk!

Well I follow it, and have some examples to put across!

    1. I never throw garbage or scrap on public roads, or public places and the same thing, I always preach and support to others as well..

    2. While I was in college, we were supposed to be in formal attire for our lectures, and so, I always made a point to be in formals, and then I used to ask my colleagues to come in formals!

    simple things, yet very important!

A comment on Conversation: What would it take for you to be willing to be changed by your interaction with another?

Feb 21 2012: Well... I would be willing to be changed through an interaction with the other person, if he/she is willng to listen to me to understand my point of view, and can show me the deeper insight and the betterment which I would be achieving if I change!
