Bio

My business was born out of my passion to help others feel better and enjoy their lives more, be more successful, enjoy better health and to share the knowledge and skills I have developed that can help others in countless ways.

My business is a calling. It is something I have to do and have been doing for many years in smaller ways just for the joy it brought to me and others. I found myself spending time uplifting others more than anything else in my former career and found I really did not want to do anything else. I had begun to see every situation from a perspective of “How can I uplift this person?”.

I see so many people around the world who are searching for happiness and I have the keys that can help them be happy. The type of happiness we teach is a deep sense of stability, inner well-being, peace and vitality that is consistent.

I was a C-suite executive and could not figure out how to transition to following my passion and still support my family until I realized that everything companies attempt to accomplish with corporate wellness programs (and much more!) can be accomplished easily by providing the employees with the skills and techniques to be happier. I have successfully helped many individuals increase their level of sustainable happiness and have seen their lives seem to blossom as a result. Energy-wise I feel about 8-years old now as I pursue my passion to bring greater happiness to the world.

I love life and I want you to love it too.

An idea worth spreading

True inner happiness puts you in reach of finding peace in your own heart. The world will only have peace when individuals make the choice to put peace in their own hearts.

No one has to wait for 'world peace' to enjoy a peaceful heart. In fact, until they stop waiting the world will never achieve peace. To achieve 'world peace', we each need to find the peace in our own hearts. We cannot make the world be at peace but we can make our world at peace with a peaceful heart which leads to feelings of peace and love and unity with all. Politicians and soldiers cannot put peace in individual hearts. We have the power to do that now. Even when the governments declare peace there is no peace unless and until peace resides in the hearts. As we move toward finding peace in our own heart wonderful things happen in our lives. No one can stop you from having peace in your heart now, except yourself. It is your choice.

I'm passionate about

Bringing sustainable happiness to the world.

Perception determines reality
Each of us perceives differently. No two perceive identically. Reality is based on perception. Our bodies are interpreting machines, we interpret light waves, sound waves, etc. with our bodies. You could have 100 people packed in a small boat with 100 different cameras and not one could take an identical picture because no two could be in the same place at the same moment not to mention the various settings and adjustments they may have made to the camera. Our perceptions are colored by our beliefs, expectations and experiences. No two are identical. We should celebrate our differences.

By seeing the silver lining the negatives are eliminated. It requires a certain kind of focus. For example, the energy issues. I know that we always solve the problems we are faced with so knowing that our energy use/supply and associated things are problematic I know a solution is on its way. I think of how wonderful that solution might be and then I can feel good about the current perceived problems. It is just a matter of time until any perceived problem is solved. The quicker we look for the solution the quicker we will find it. Looking at the problem is not looking for the solution. Energetically the two are very separate.

Perception has to believe that what is desired is achievable. Then the journey is happy. Here is an excerpt I wrote elsewhere that seems pertinent: You cannot talk anyone into 'happiness' because happiness is an inside job. You can show them skills and techniques that they can then incorporate to increase their level of happiness. Even the homeless person can be happier. Consider a homeless person whose outlook is that the situation is permanent and hopeless. Then consider the homeless person whose outlook is that the situation is temporary and has hope. Yes, a home and income would be great for both but the one who understands that the thoughts you have about your circumstances, not the circumstances, determine your level of happiness and how to have better-feeling thoughts, will be happier even once basic needs and desires are satisfied. Even once each had a home and income it would not be long before the very essence of being human would lead them to want a better job (or changes to the job) and a better home. It is human nature to expand and grow our desires from wherever we happen to be. Even those in the upper echelons of success are not satisfied, they always find more that they want to move toward. It is the journey that is where the joy is .... the destination just gives the reason for the journey. Fortunately, we are hard-wired to continuously find new journeys we want to take that can bring us joy with the right focus.

Shawn Achor: The happy secret to better work
We never finish. We are hard-wired to want more. Your comment is exactly the type of situation that our classes can help. Here is an excerpt from one of our ads: Sometimes someone has been very successful in life based upon all the common measurements yet Still feels empty inside The 'hole' they thought all the right 'trappings' would fill still exists. We know the source of the hole and how to help you fill it once and for all. Filling the 'hole' will not take away your motivation. It will ignite the passion from within for the goals that light your fire. Let me know if you would like more information. I am easy to find on FB and Linkedin.

The Buddhist philosophy is great in many ways but I find the focus on suffering contradictory to our well-being. When we look at the world as a place of suffering we see more suffering. When we look at the potential we see more potential. When you look at someone who is not doing well and focus on the fact that they are suffering you do not inspire them to be all they can be. When you look at someone who is not doing well and focus on their potential, on who and what they could be and truly believe they can become that which they have the potential for -- Now you are able to inspire.

You make it tougher on yourself by saying it will be tough. How about "It is going to feel so good to incorporate these changes, or at least some of them, into my daily practice because I will see how much better I feel. This experience is also going to really contribute to my ability to help others. I am glad I saw this."

All reality is subjective and based upon your own perception. Your focus determines your reality. The news certainly distorts it for the worse. A couple of weeks ago I wrote the following in response to portrayals of America as a sinking ship: News of the demise of America are over exaggerations. The back bone of America is strong. Babies are still being born. Young adults are still graduating from college. New ideas are still coming to our minds and being acted upon (collectively this is happening in every moment). New businesses are being born. Amazing medical advances are happening all the time. Couple are falling in love. People are getting more in touch with who they are and loving themselves and others more. Some minds are beginning to realize that the news is shinning a spotlight not on the state of the world but on things that generate ratings and that the reality is that the world is in far better shape than the news portrays. Seeds still contain all they need to grow and become plants that provide food and trees that provide shade as well as homes to many of God's creatures. Spring still follows winter. Summer still follows Spring. We can count on the beauty of Autumn to come and herald the mating season of the larger wild animals and the primitive wapiti bugling in the high country. We can count on Winter to bring a new season of hope and merriment. We still have our 2nd amendment rights mostly intact to protect our 1st amendment rights. We have the ability to communicate with others around the world in seconds. The world is becoming a smaller and more loving place. Think of racism. Is it totally dead? No, not yet. But think back to your youth and compare that to how it is today. The world is better today than it was and getting better. Think back to the knowledge of the medical profession in your youth; perhaps you know someone who died from something then that is easily treated today. It continued but I am out of room here.
