Jan 18 2012: Its enouff with a balanced diet, you get all the nessessary vitamins. Taking vitamin pills is waste since the boddy cant pick up the amount of vitamins contained in the pill. Often you only consumes a small fraction of it. Another reason to not is beacuse it is unnatural.

    NO PILLS.

  • A comment on Conversation: Why are there so many religions with distinctive rules when there is only one god?

Jan 18 2012: "however if there is only one god then why are there so many religions with so many rules which are so different from others??"

I think it make sense that different religions have different rules. Why? If we tink back about 100 years when it wasnt possible to travil as we can do today. The bigest followers are to the bible, the koran, the hinduism. What do this have in common?
All these scripts are made to give rules about how you can live your life?
example: The musslims only eat meat if its Halal, lets wonder why? To keep it short; meat is hard to preserv, thats why you do the Hallal thing, you wont get sick of eating rotten meat! Smart guideline right? :)
example: the hindu dont eat meat since life is better then death. A living cow can produce much milk, a chicken can produce much eggs. A dead cant. Very smart :)

Well they are from different locations of the world. And since they are spread around the world they live in diffreent climats and that effects their life style. The rules is affected by their lifestyle. The scripts give guidance of wisdoom. That is just natural?
  • A comment on Conversation: What is the most motivational phrase you can come up with?

Jan 2 2012: My favorite one: Dream as you will live forever, live as if you will die today. By James Dean
Makes me get motivated to do things that iam uncertain about and it is allways good to keep in mind :)

Jan 2 2012: By chance did i see Matt Cutts "Try something new for 30 days" and well made me even join TED :)
So my New Year's resolution will be to try this out, starting with january and keep it rolling :D

I have made a basic list for this month to try it out, here is some of my resolutions: get a better sleep habbit, do some form of training(exercise) each day, take a picture each day, give at least 3 compliments each day.

I would really like to get suggestions on things i can add to the next months list :)

    GOGO TED :D
  • A reply on Conversation: Any TED related New Year's resolutions?

Jan 2 2012: I agree that "can only be changed by what they set out to do at the beginning of every day of their life." But new years resolutions can be the very start of something new and good. Those whom dont believe in resolutions is those who dont have the effort to fulfill what they started?
