A reply on Conversation: Why humans feel insulted ?

Aug 17 2012: I agree Chetan, attitude and perception of person is of-course related to his/her feeling about insult but thinking further on this, i got confused with question are insults socially framed or personally framed ?

Aug 16 2012: after reading your words, I got thought that,as humans we tend to create self image and anything against that self image can be termed as insult, I don't know whether I am right or wrong

Aug 16 2012: do you mean that, when people fails to prove themselves right, they feel insulted ?
  • A reply on Conversation: Why human species is not as colorful as Butterfly, Fish and other Birds.

Jul 18 2012: no !!! we are taught to give a thought over our instincts, other species are not able to give second thought on whatever they have or whatever they are doing ... may be because of this they are not able to change themselves as we did or doing....
  • A reply on Conversation: how much feasible it is to mix management with social welfare ?

Jul 18 2012: internet and computers were not meant for common men , once it was outdated it was made open to the public. governments are not expected to earn profits , but they have started doing so under the name of welfare .. how much feasible is this ??

  • A reply on Conversation: how much feasible it is to mix management with social welfare ?

Jul 18 2012: corporate welfare is different domain for me, I am concern with social welfare which is mainly undertaken by state. now a days state has started adopting management fundamentals, citizens are not employee of state. Coming to corporate scene(because i believe corporate are essential part of society and state ), people are not convinced but they trapped to provide legitimacy to these giants which allows them to feel happy through materialistic gains. , why company gives me 25 dollars ? because it earns 100 dollars through me !! we have now accepted this because we are 'provided' with various benefits so that we don't think in other direction and get obliged by this benefits.Employee attrition is one of the outcome, which shows that people are loosing faith in fake commitment of well being provided by their employers. Again, corporations has created global scenario that whatever they give as welfare should be accepted, they give because they need , this is called business not welfare, belief of employee in long term goals of company is really good thing but it is always doubtful to me whether company is interested in long term well being (in terms of non monitory things) without expecting any in return?
