A reply on Conversation: Would you rather want economical improvements or environmental protection? Or both?

Jun 4 2013: Mahatma Gandhi never used the word environment protection however what he said and did makes him an environmentalist. Although during his time environmental problems were not recognized as such however with his amazing foresight and insight he predicted that things are moving in the wrong direction. What he advocated in place of industrialism and consumerism was a simple life based on physical labour. He implored people to live simply so that others may simply live. For he believed that earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s need but not every man’s greed.

A comment on Conversation: Would you rather want economical improvements or environmental protection? Or both?

Jun 3 2013: I feel that by improving the environment we can enhance our technology through the resources we get from mother earth.....but very sad to say this that we are going in opposite direction to achieve the technology heights rather we should work in a direction to protect both the economy & environment.

A comment on Conversation: Do you agree with euthanasia? (for humans)

Jun 3 2013: Indeed this subject will keep dilemma in the people's mind because no body has the rights to take away the life of others even in any situation although if the person willingly agrees to take his life away it has to be his choice...!!!
  • A reply on Conversation: Have we entered the WWW (Whatever, Whenever, Wherever) era of education? Will the promise of "education for all" finally become a reality?

    Feb 13 2012: Thanks Mary,appreciate your thoughts.
But my question OR my thoughts are that, does the changes in general(not specific on the EFA) to be initiated from the government bodies or it can be from every individual??Why do people wait for some government acts to be formed for accepting some good things??
  • A reply on Conversation: Have we entered the WWW (Whatever, Whenever, Wherever) era of education? Will the promise of "education for all" finally become a reality?

Feb 10 2012: Well if i am narrating about EFA it includes both the urban & rural areas....I would say that the technology of E-learning & all the latest technology stuff that is quite emerging to be the future is yet to reach the rural than the urban areas.
In India, something new to be accepted takes time as the traditional way had rooted down the hearts....!!!!!

A reply on Conversation: Have we entered the WWW (Whatever, Whenever, Wherever) era of education? Will the promise of "education for all" finally become a reality?

Feb 9 2012: I think that we still need to stream line the education process & to campaign the need of education to every individual,no doubt that the recent reports of UNESCO speaks about the ratio of educated people are strategically growing bt there are so many hinderance to achieve the EFA.
While we talk about e learning i guess we are not still stretched to that kind of learning as we still rely on the traditional method of learning with the physical apperance of a tutour.

A comment on Conversation: Is E-Learning competitive enough if compared to Class Room learning?

Jan 25 2012: Well,I would say that the E-learning process is growing very fast all over the globe, but my intend is that the normal learning in the schools & colleges with the help of a physical tutor will help us in enlarging the overall perspective of learning.
E-learning should only be a choice but not the option.
  • A reply on Conversation: IS Casteism still a racism ?? Does it still affects the human race?

Jan 24 2012: Thanks Xavier....I would quote that time has come for a confession and acceptance of our frailties and to move forward at all costs and not resist any attempt to improve our mindset and accept the truth about our attitude towards others of a different race or a caste.

A reply on Conversation: Was the universe created by God, or by the Big Bang Theory?

Jan 19 2012: 100% agreed that the theory of big bang exists but there certain things that is still not yet clear i.e.,
according to the standard theory, our universe sprang into existence as "singularity" around 13.7 billion years ago. What is a "singularity" and where does it come from? Well, to be honest, we don't know for sure. Singularities are zones which defy our current understanding of physics. They are thought to exist at the core of "black holes." Black holes are areas of intense gravitational pressure. The pressure is thought to be so intense that finite matter is actually squished into infinite density (a mathematical concept which truly boggles the mind). These zones of infinite density are called "singularities." Our universe is thought to have begun as an infinitesimally small, infinitely hot, infinitely dense, something - a singularity. Where did it come from? We don't know. Why did it appear? does it really happened? We don't know
  • A comment on Conversation: Was the universe created by God, or by the Big Bang Theory?

Jan 18 2012: Before answering or may be debatting would be the better word for it,I will pose a question for u whether do u believe in God or the Big bang theory......well both the things can't be true or may not be false too,no such theory or proof exists.
