Oct 6 2012: What exactly do you want for the people? How do you think we can achieve those desire goals?
  • A reply on Conversation: Improve k-12 educations

Oct 5 2012: The real problem is the method of stating what makes a great teacher, All types of biases can prevent the people to see a truly noble teacher even if the teacher is recorded every second of the day at his or her respective job.

Oct 1 2012: The application of technology is essiential to the educational system. However, changing the dynamics of the system is far more pratical for sucess of the system than application of technology in the system. We need to standarize a system to rate teachers in a unbias matter, introduce langauges to students at lower grades (possibly at elementary school), focus on sciences, social studies, and the arts, and increase collaboration by creating better incentives for social interaction. Moreover, it should take more training to be a teacher with a direct relationship to pay to comprensate the training.

A comment on Conversation: Should blasphemy be outlawed by the UN?

Sep 26 2012: Nothing is universally sacred except the expression of the individual. It is a shame that persons are so arrogant they must devalue a sacred construct to support their own religion.
  • A comment on Conversation: Why is Marijuana Illegal?

Sep 26 2012: It is not profitable to the current markets.
  • A comment on Conversation: Why is absolute silence so terrifying ?

Sep 26 2012: A soundless situation is not terrifying, it is the overall experience. It is probably the awkwardness of the situation that creates the terrifying situation.
  • A reply on Conversation: Overthrow of DSM -V

Sep 17 2012: If you want to apply this biological component, you have to ask yourself how can it be added?

A comment on Conversation: Overthrow of DSM -V

Sep 15 2012: The major problem with the book is the labeling issue. If I were to be label as a person with a mental disorder, I would be treated in a completely different way. This treatment, may in fact, be detrimental to the individual. However, I think the DSM- V is useful as background information. In other words, it should not be the key diagnostic tool to evaluate the patient.
  • A comment on Conversation: Should we limit our use of cellphones, internet and TV to get back our mental peace?

Sep 14 2012: We cannot just limit the usage of technology. There are several other factors as well such as time and labor. In order to create a meaningful debate, we must create a cost-benefit analysis of the situation.
