About Me

Mr. Wallace has over 26 years experience in solid waste and recycling management, transportation/logistical operations, rail program planning, business development and performance improvement. Expertise in the areas of railroad negotiations, program planning and development, strategic business planning and conducting operational performance assessments. He has extensive experience in working with both private and public sector entities in recycling and solid waste management.

Wallace’s depth of project management experience includes the oversight of operations, fleet & stationary equipment maintenance, finance, human resources, business development, sales, safety and environmental compliance while maintaining responsibility for multi-million dollar publicly and privately held assets including: MRFs, transfer stations, WastebyRail intermodal facilities, regional trucking operations, bulk and containerized MSW barging operations, recycling centers, material recovery facilities, vehicle and container maintenance operations, maintenance facilities and customer service centers.

Wallace currently serves as a board member for the Arizona Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and serves on the national solid waste rate committee for the American Public Works Association (APWA). He is also active in several other solid waste and transportation associations.
