  • A reply on Talk: Hans Rosling: The good news of the decade?

    May 23 2012: Yes it surely is;
  • A comment on Talk: Sheryl Sandberg: Why we have too few women leaders

    Feb 2 2012: The fact that women have to 'sacrifice' is awful... There are successful men leaders that have happy family. Maybe men cannot stand his wife becoming bigger than himself when wives want their husbands to succeed. My dream is not established yet but if I decide to have the C-suite, I can give up my wish for a family. For many women, family would be more important than their personal achievement but for me it's the opposite;

    A reply on Conversation: Would you eat "in vitro" meat?

    Feb 2 2012: Wow so many replies to your comment; I just want to say that I agree with you. Eating an animal is not something we should oppress too much like vegans say. The problem is in the cruel animal raising industry and the environmental problems that are caused by too many animals. What's important is that we should reduce our meat consume, not that we should cut it completely which is impossible. Oh, and my opinion to the question is "I would not". I see no need in it.

    A comment on Conversation: Our bodies are amazing nano/micro electrical factories!

    Feb 2 2012: Yes human body is really amazing! It works without our concerning it all the time so perfectly. In fact no machine in the world can be as good as human mechanism since it has to be fueled in any way. Well humans need to be fueled by food too but we never fuel our organs or legs individually. Nature is beautiful;
  • A comment on Conversation: Should newspapers be truth vigilantes?

    Feb 2 2012: The media relies too much on individuals' ability; it can never be completely objective unless the world becomes a utopia.

    A comment on Conversation: What are you happy for this past year?

    Feb 2 2012: I love this conversation! thinking of good things that happened is what I always forgot to do. I am happy that I learnt the joy of listening to music. No hobby was good enough for me for long, then I found out what can please, excite, or comfort me. I found the hobby of my life;
  • A comment on Talk: Leslie Dodson: Don’t misrepresent Africa

    Feb 2 2012: The general reference of Africa as one is wrong, and I was exactly the one who used the term as if it was a single very poor country. In fact, I am more impressed by the speaker than the talk in fact; I can get the feeling that she is really into what she is telling people, and I want to show respect to her attitude.

    A comment on Talk: Julian Baggini: Is there a real you?

    Feb 2 2012: I watched this to the end to find out what he wants to say. I like talks about 'self', but I often get bored watching them, and shine my eyes at the final moments when I listen to what the lecturers try to teach.

    I was inspired by his talk; changing myself is not something big, the things that constitute me keeps adding on as time goes by, and it's not so uneasy to give little positive shifts to my daily lives. Well willingness is something that is crucial in my statement; why is it always hard to put on what I say is not very uneasy?

    A comment on Talk: Kathryn Schulz: Don't regret regret

    Dec 3 2011: I was really impressed; yes regretting means you value something. And that is an awesome fact. I have always hated making mistakes and regretting hence tried to never fail at something. But that did not work so well; my attitude towards regrettable behaviors was mostly denial. I should try to accept my actions and see the value in it.
