  • A comment on Conversation: What will be the dominant religion of the United States in 100 years?

Dec 5 2011: i think it will be a new orm of religion not having to do with the man versed "god" but would be a mix between agnostic and celestial developement according to the enlightenment through self realization within and simotanious with the earth and stars. NOT scientology!! lol or perhaps the new era of mix between technological and philisophical views expressed to the point of it becoming an entity itself. i say that along the lines of kevin slavic's presentation of algorithms.

A comment on Conversation: Have you ever felt like you don't belong in your family, group of friends, culture, or country? If so why?

Dec 2 2011: i can relate to u very closely. i to am a college student and goin through the same situation lol. what i can say though is that ultimitly u create your own destiny in life. u have got to realize that family, friends, society and culture are manifested through people and regardless they r all people. As far as the lil info u shared i think its an inner subconcious struggle u have with yourself. I have and had to overcome this myself. U must believe in yourself tha, to quote a couple of songs i wrote, u see that u "create your own odyssey of time." Also u must say "its my life and ill take everyone down this pathway with me, so long as they want to come along for the ride. Its my life and ill lead everyone down this tunnel with me, so long as they choose to be right by my side." i hope i could have been a helping hand.
  • A comment on Conversation: Which is safer, the cyber world or the real world?

Dec 2 2011: do u choose to live in fantasy or will u shelter yourself from realization of the uprise and downfall of life. real is safer because u can lie to yourself in cyber and real but u persever through struggle in real life
  • A comment on Conversation: Isn't it ironic that in order to be free and successful at anything in life, you first have to put yourself in prison?

Dec 2 2011: The greatest form of control is when you think you're free when you're being fundamentally manipulated and dictated to. One form of dictatorship is being in a prison cell and you can see the bars and touch them. The other one is sitting in a prison cell but you can't see the bars but you think you're free.

A comment on Conversation: Why is the idea of education so strongly tied to a structured and systematic way of learning? Do other teaching styles have equal value?

Dec 2 2011: i believe it is tied so strongly because it is used as a controllling tacti. If u eliminate free thinking u create that which u can control. True education was lost in translation as far as collective history, and now that "history" of mankind is being summerized in a 300+ textbook its no wonder it is systematic. Im sure weve all heard "if u dont know your history u are bound to repeat it" well with a 300+ textbook written through mixed facts and opinions u start to see the structure that is being designed for our children. unlike other styles of teachings that have to do with free expression from when u r a child such as music, physical education, art, writting, and science; which is taught, but u get that freedom of thought. FOr example: freestyle creativity, parkcore, gymnastics, fighting, pottery, sculpure, painting, songwriting, poetry, novels, short stories, astronomy, electronics, designing mechanical driven components.

A comment on Conversation: What's one thing you wish you had learned in school?

Nov 30 2011: if there was one thing i could have learned in school would be the art to dream. To learn how to be conciously aware in the sub-concious state. If we can harness our subconcious through realization, self determination, and connective thought i believe with sub-concious awareness we can provide a better outcome for the future of both ourselves and our childrens childrens. Perhaps we could learn more than wat the surface of waking life has to offer. If there is something we as human beings can share is we dream whether we remember or not. Some of the greatest inventions or train of thoughts come from being in a dream-like state; wat if that could happen simotaniously with the education of dream awareness? or concious awareness in the subconcious state of mind?
