EDUCATION
The role of technology in the global development arena - how/where does it hurt and how/where does it help?
Maybe it's already out there - occasionally I see signs of it (and please lemme know if I'm not in the know here...) - but I'd love to see a cohesive effort by the entire global dev community to apply systems thinking/theory to solving problems; I feel we need a more unified approach, less redundancy and better strategic thinking in this arena...
