About Me

I've spent a lifetime developing a "Learning Systems". For this you need to understanding how (Visual and Non-Visual) Symptoms can be easily linked and tied to Root Causes. For example your complex automobile can exhibit numerous (12-16) symptoms, which very by season, because one mechanical failure. The problem is most assume a symptom has one root cause and that's not true. This is why corporations think they have lots of noise in their feedback data and data without solutions. Just as we need one Global Classroom we need to share models on how Global communications can improve. Think of it as a "Fuzzy Logic" that links "What", "When", "Where", "Why", The result is faster, more efficient solution and better ROI.

More About Me

I'm passionate about

Reducing and eliminate waste/noise New ways to group related visual and non-visual data. This enables learning systems to dynamically learn, and provide specific probabilities for root cause solution.

An idea worth spreading

When trying to understand problems of complex systems, lets use an automobile as our example. It is important to develop a closed loop data model to obtain data integrity. For example, when addressing driveability you should reference "When" the condition occurs rather than "What" the Customer Symptom describes. What Example: Burp, chirp, whistle, buck, jerk, whine, etc... verses When Examples: Idle, Accel, Cruise and Decel. This "When Model" links the vehicle computer language to the customer symptoms and it enables the user to identify and filter out errors if they exist..

Talk to me about

Activity is not progress, knowledge which is not applied is not learned. Many information systems lack learning structure and coding. Dynamic Coding is the foundation of corporate competitiveness.

People don't know that I'm good at

When people speak, I transfer their words into images within my brain. It's interesting when they describe things which are not linked with in there discussion. Message is unclear and confusing.

My TED Story

I've worked alone my entire life researching ways to develop a "Learning System"! My learning system is 26 years old and still functional in 23 countries around the world. I would like to transfer my knowledge so others can apply it to make this a better world. I've also developed a " Global How To" web demo with universal symbols/language, (color tools: Green, Yellow and Read) about seven years ago which offer tremendous learning opportunities for all. I also believe many of my skill sets and tools can benefit other business sectors as Medical Diagnostics, Educational Learning.

Nov 12 2011: As we all know, Activity is not progress and gathering knowledge is not enough. Any business must start out with a goal, plan and manageable budget. When business reduces waste and risk, they increase customer satisfaction which grows the business and returns greater monetary profits. Therefore, implement robust processes, apply all lessons learned processes and uses customer feedback as guiding principles. The larger your business becomes the more critical this becomes. Learning businesses minimizes mistakes have the competitive advantage. I would also suggest a dynamic help system. When employees have questions about a business the administrator answers by sending a copy to the employee and a carbon copy is linked to the operating procedures manual. This could be viewed as dynamic learning organization.

It's the Application of Lessons Learned and monitoring there effectiveness is the key to all success.
Having the ability to learn is our greatest gift! Gathering and Applying Knowledge is power.. Make since?
