A comment on Talk: A.J. Jacobs: How healthy living nearly killed me

Jan 10 2012: I take two great ideas from this Talk. The first one - we all need to tread a certain path before we arrive at certain conclusions in our life. The odds are that it will include trying something new and going from one extreme to the other. The second one - sooner or later we inevitably end up finding our life balance, because life IS balance.
