Oct 24 2011: The Middle Eastern countries (Qatar in particular) are quite challenging - would be great to have a tool for countries with no street names (!!!).
Oct 24 2011: I would like to see the ability to add visual landmarks (perhaps from Google StreetView?) to make it easier for people to turn at otherwise unmarked road, know which exit to take off of a roundabout, etc.
