Filmmakers should have the capability of adding captions and updates to their documentaries with twitter like simplicity. The filmakers could pull, or not, from a user driven platform resembling sound cloud. Users could add comments at any time slot which could open a new forum. This sound cloud like program could overlay the user's own copy of the film, if/when copyright becomes an issue. ... Huge potential for added profit/views for filmakers, nonprofit, and for profit causes. I do ask that if this hasn't already been tied up in patents, that it not be. ... here is another idea, please do a ted talk on poor man patents and how to quickly move something into public hands.... because this is ridiculous. ..
