Experience and Vision:
During my tuner of working continuously for 11 years with children and adolescents I have learnt that mentors and parents need more of education than children.
A child is very natural and learns from imitation, experience, observations and discovering their surroundings. Until and unless a mentor is ready to accept the challenge of change, teaching with love and understanding the child…real education is impossible.
The world is marching towards globalization where in everyone needs to have empathy with proficiency. This empathy is a very delicate skill which cannot be learnt in one day, just in one class. It needs nurturing throughout the crucial period of education. And thus to develop this we need to have it in the first position.
