La mia storia professionale è fondata sulle tecnologie digitali. Le mie competenze sono manageriali e tecniche. Ho vissuto ed imparato in alcuni mondi: Informatica, Logistica, Comunicazione, Coaching, grandi aziende internazionali. "ENGLISH": Graduated in Electronics Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin, Renzo Provedel developed solid management experience in FIAT, IVECO and ILVA, with Chief roles in Information Systems, Logistics, Organization and Training. Among his professional achievements, Renzo coordinated IT policies, managed international businesses such as the spare parts business, reorganized complex processes in the steel industry, and led innovative projects in the steel sector in collaboration with national research institutions such as ENEA.
In 1996 Renzo founded Fareimpresa S.r.l and focused on INNOVATION. An active entrepreneur, his mission is to facilitate product and process innovation in companies of all sizes. Currently, Renzo is Partner and Business Development Director in Italy of NineSigma, the leading global technology broker, for the promotion of Open Innovation.
Renzo is also an expert Coach. Co-founder and partner of SCOA, The School of Coaching that leads the market in this field, he developed the “Innov-Action” methodology to facilitate corporate innovation processes. With the application of innovation practices and coaching techniques, Renzo developed “InarCommunity”, the first professional social network for Italian architects and engineers. This community creates concrete business value for companies and institutions by integrating the world of “bits and atoms”.
Renzo is co-founder of a number of associations and professional networks at both the national and international levels. These include: Mosaic, a network that facilitates the development and implementation of innovative ideas and scientific, technological and economic cooperation in Europe; the Association of Sustainable Logistics (SOSLOG) for the promotion of environmental sustainability and the concept of “quality of life” in business; Clubs and Associations for IT professionals.

What place does creativity have in education?
Yes, you can ! Thanks for the comments. The concepts I summarized are the base for a methodology I use (we use...as a Coaching/Consultant Company)in large multinational company when they want to improve and or change their innovation processes and they want to do that through people, without imposing a new model or structure but let them design and decide, according to certain strategic issues set by the Top, of course. We facilitate the change with an innovative coaching process which is both individual, team and project. Anything else you need please do not hesitate to ask ! my best regards. Renzo

What place does creativity have in education?
My experience is in the field of innovation. Here you can verify that a "good idea", as an act of creativity, is a trigger of an innovation process but does not guarantee the result, which is expected to be, at the end of the process, an Innovation, recognized by the society and/or by the market. We (a team of Coaches and Executives, here in Italy) discovered that other two key competences will be necessary to start a virtuous circle and are: problem solving in order to overcome the obstacles, and "expression" (we used this word) in order to involve, convince, share with others because we need their help and competence to pursue the result. In fact we start from a "good idea" (ideation or invention or creativity), we let it grow and become "strong" through the problem solving, we bring it to success through involvement, communication, sharing. The "learning" then happens when you perform several virtuous cycles along a "spiral", I like to say, giving you an image for learning. Moreover we have to consider two other forces which enable a good and effective innovation process. They are Consciousness and Willing. The Consciousness allows you to enlarge your perception of your own motivation and of other people motivation. The Willingness is the determination, energy that you spend to reach the results surmouting the difficulties.
