  • A comment on Talk: Sherry Turkle: Connected, but alone?

Apr 5 2012: That's true, "loop johnny", I completely agree with that double-edged sword analogy.

Yet, some people think the sword is too dangerous and decide to drop it or haven't picked it up at the first place, and i still respect them...for they still could change the world like Gandhi, Yunus, Mother Teresa, MLK, and so on.

A comment on Talk: Brené Brown: Listening to shame

Mar 17 2012: Thank You again, TED & Brené Brown, for reminding us that 'shame'-less vulnerability still makes us human, not robot. This talk hits me in a good way:)

Yet, it's still challenging to some of us I believe since (besides courage&authenticity) TRUST is also a big factor in this sphere of psychology.
  • A comment on Talk: Larry Smith: Why you will fail to have a great career

Mar 14 2012: I really appreciate TED to put this talk out here for FREE. I'm in a job transition and i REALLY needed to hear this and ponder. Thank YOU, TEDxUW & Larry Smith.

A comment on Conversation: Do you have a story about when a young person first watched a TEDTalk or TEDxTalk? What happened?

Sep 26 2011: I think my first one was in 2003/4 (i was 15 ) watching a TEDTalk by Tony Robbins... and then addicted to TED community after Al Gore's inspiring speeches. I was truly reignited and driven to better the world via my tree-planting project called GREENPLEASE! i started in college.

Keep it up inspiring, spreading the ideas to YOUTH.

    Thank you, TED.

A comment on Talk: Adora Svitak: What adults can learn from kids

Jul 21 2011: Radical honesty, innocence, and speech for all open-minded adults. I am, as a new adult, truly inspired and feel challenged by her

A reply on Talk: Jessica Jackley: Poverty, money -- and love

Jul 21 2011: I could never agree more with your positions both Andreas & Turin. Labeling acts of LOVE "charity" seems to lessen its meaningfulness to many minds.

Thank U for the thoughtful reflections & ongoing conversation.

A comment on Conversation: Has a TED Talk ever influenced you? How?

    Feb 24 2011: YES, A LOT.

i first(since 2003) watched many talks related to saving the planet&humanity; then i happily realized "i'm not alone" i'm not the only (passionately) crazy person in the world! Law of the FEW are at work...

    Much LOVE&Thanks!

A comment on Talk: Jessica Jackley: Poverty, money -- and love

Oct 20 2010: "If you want to go quickly, go alone. But if you(the rich who have Internet access) want to go far, go together." ~Old Africa proverb.

I believe we all are aware of the 'connectedness' of this age. She knows about how to work from bottom up. May we stop criticizing one another. Let's just go offline and work for good Together.
  • A comment on Talk: Jessica Jackley: Poverty, money -- and love

Oct 19 2010: Thank You, TED for putting this talk without cutting anything out. Thank U, Jackley for radiating hope. We are deeply, tearfully touched. Yes, the poor don't need our sympathy and 'fish', they simply need to know 'how to fish' and our hearts.

With all my heart, I believe that it's God's dream that we can meet this challenge. "One day, 'beggar' and 'poverty' can only be found only on Wikipedia."
