  Dec 25 2011: I think you're misunderstanding the point of gardening. Don't look at it as a way of increasing food in the world, but a way of educating people. People look up to religions for guidance and leadership. Why not start smart food planning with them? It doesn't just have to be religions; go to businesses and other places as well.

  Nov 7 2011: No, thank you for bringing up this conversation. As much as I believe that everyone's "triggers" to become passionate are unique, if we can somehow discover patterns or connection we could try to use it in the education system which would completely revolutionize the world. Now there's an idea worth spreading!

  Nov 6 2011: It's just being at the right place at the right time, with the right people influencing you. I don't think it's one thing that I can name. A lot of different things by themselves wouldn't have made me passionate about the world, but combine them all and you create a passionate me:)

  Oct 30 2011: Makes sense, but if we lower the inequality to zero, wouldn't we have communism which we know doesn't work? Or is it a parabola, where at a certain point, too little inequality becomes bad?

  A comment on Conversation: Incorporate cloud computing to form virtual classrooms and aid underprivileged students to access high quality education.

  Oct 21 2011: Great Idea, but underprivileged children don't have enough money to buy a computer/laptop and most likely no access to internet connection. It's certainly a great idea, but maybe not for underprivileged youth.

• A reply on Conversation: Where would we be today if the World Wars hadn't been fought?

  Oct 18 2011: Well not having the world wars doesn't necessarily mean a peaceful world. It could actually mean more suffering. If we didn't have penicillin, wouldn't people suffer more? Wouldn't more people die? How many people were inspired by the technologies that were created due to the effects of the wars or the wars themselves. How many of these inspired people, helped someone else, or invented something? Just something I find interesting. Really relates to the Martin Luther King Jr. quote that Kuldeep Daftary brought up.
  Do note that: I agree that absolutely nothing could justify the atrocities committed during World War 2.
