As a host, you are required to fill out a feedback form after your event. We also require you to email all of your attendees a link to the attendee-only feedback form so they can weigh in on your event too.
Feedback forms
Feedback in non-English languages
If your attendees speak a language other than English, translate the attendee-only feedback form into that language and invite tedx@ted.com to collaborate on the form as an editor. Once your attendees have filled out the feedback form you translated, summarize your attendees' feedback for us in English and email your summary to us.
Webcast audit
If you had a webcast, you must also send us an audit that includes:
- Your webcast's total viewers
- Peak simultaneous viewers
- Countries that tuned in (and how many viewers from each)
