What is the difference between mercy and grace?
These words can be used very interchangeably, but really their purpose I think is very different. It can be confusing and articulated differently. What is your thought? Perhaps you think the difference doesn't matter?

To me, an imperfect human with many flaws of thought, word, deed and action,
Mercy is not getting what I deserve.
Grace is getting what I don't deserve.
And I do know when it is grace as every thing happens effortlessly.
To others it has many times appeared as though I am "doing it" and they think, "so beautifully."
But I know it is not me.
It is coming through me and I am being graced.
