What should the content of the video be, apart from being unexpected, in order for it to be picked up by the others?
When a video spreads through the network of friends, its content should be relevant to the actual connections that hold people together. Therefore, it would be interesting to analyze the content of the target group's interaction first and then see how the proposition contained within the video corresponds to that. I wrote some notes on this process on http://noduslabs.com/research/information-epidemics-viral-social-contagion/ - would like to hear what you think about that.
