money, will people work for less?

yes of course we can work for less. i make 18k a year and i am happy. whole countries work for less.(china, india, &mexico) doctors in mexico make alot less, like 30k a year. people, when they retire (with plenty of money in the bank) often volunteer their time, work for free, these people are just as smart as when they had a paying job, they are still contributing to the communty. and when you get more money, like 100k, you just end up wasting it, paying more for things than other people do, e.g. $3000 for a watch, when a $20 watch would be fine. the less money you make the more careful you are with it. also, when you are rich, you tend to give your money away (charity, bribes),you really don't know the value of money.
in a money free world, you exchange favors, if you want people to work for you, for instance helping you move, you feed them pizza and beer and you help them when they need you. and you expect them to feed you when you do.
for millions of years, the human race had no money to exchange.
well, we did exchange sea shells. ; )

  • Mar 4 2012: People already are working for less and less.
Where I live, they haven't raised the minimum wage for 30 years.
When it was mentioned in the news that the wage would go up, 10,000 businesses told the government they would leave the country, taking their businesses with them.

Guess what? It hasn't gone up, but who makes the real money? Those in government, those in business, and everyone else works as a slave. A poor slave. The majority of people in Madagascar make less than one U.S.
    dollar a day!

In a money-free world, as outlined and well presented by The Venus Project and The Zeitgeist Movement, the world would not be on a simple barter system. It is much more well thought out than that, intelligently so, and can definitely work.
There are currently no other, viable alternatives on the human horizon, that involve intelligent design in creating a new society for the world to live and function in. The only other one I am aware of is the so-called New World Order or a One World Global Government that translates into "Global Police State".

This is totally unacceptable and can be stopped if we take control of our lives and take back what has been stolen from all of us.

We are the power. We will decide on what and how the world will change and it will be one of peace, comfort, health and care for all life on the planet, without exception. WE can do this. As it says in the U.S. Declaration of Independence, "WE, the People."

WEll, on this planet, We are WE, the People.

In fact, I believe they are often more lonely, because they have invested the majority of their time working for something they don't know the values of, in this case, the money.

Having said that however, I know for a fact that I personally cannot resist the temptation of money. If I see an opportunity out there, I'm going for it.
