I've just had the privilege of hearing a citizen in your District, Cadet Private Keith Nolan, describe his struggle to serve our Country. I thought you might want to hear him also, and to know that I support deaf in the military.

Cadet Private Nolan asks, "If the U.S Military can retain their disabled soldiers why can't they accept disabled citizens as well?"
