It would be interesting to bring a wider range of speaker?
I have 15 names of speakers from the city where it will happen the TEDx I'm organizing. But I believe it is interesting to bring more five names of larger scope. This can happen at an TEDx event ?

It is important to not have too many speakers who speak for too short.
It is also important to not have too few speakers who speak for too long.
Perhaps have an average of 12 minutes each, some more and some less, spread over the event.
