Role of business Intelligence in today's industry

Business Intelligence is upcoming field after Y2K problem. This is unique in itself and much more advance than primary MIS which was / is being used for report generation & ANALYSIS purpose. With introduction of BI tools the industrial revolution has occurred with principles like planning, decision making, forecasting
