As a branch manager for a motor vehicle dealership i need a welcome speech to 15 staff and 150 customers, can you help?
I will be a regional branch manager for a motor vehicle dealership. My role entails handling operations, managing customer relations and growing customer base. I need a good speech to make good first impression. I will require something strong in my speech to keep my staff motivated & also to have the customers have confidence in me going forward.

Wow, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes...well, then again, I just might. I love standing before a crowd and talking, especially if I am confident in what I am talking about.
