Although the new model developping in the china is a new structure for our,but is have the similar model in the other developed country such as the Europe countrys, just have some little change in the model, but still have many problems because of the poor equipment and the technique,in china neither the precision or the stability is so behind the developed country.
And our project team (such as the product engineer, quality engineer, project manager is not have so many experiences in the industrialization, althought our company as a supplier to the peugeot)

Second, picture yourself with a new job, or as the owner of your own enterprise. Your in a position where you get to do what you love to do. You get to help people and contribute to the world in a great way, and you get paid pretty well for it to boot! Can you see yourself there? What do you look like when your happy, successful and employed in a way that fulfills your deepest needs? Are you smiling? happy? relaxed? motivated? certain? confident?
Good.
Now that you've already achieved your real goal, which is to do something you love, are good at, all you have to do is figure out what you are going to tell you boss when you let them know you've received a great offer for your dream job. Nothing hard about that at all, is there?

That being said: No regrets.
The one thing worse than failure is never knowing if you could have failed.

And have to mention that Peugeot may not love your post :-)
