what do you do to keep yourself healthy & fit ?
Healthiness is wealth, but for most of us it might be difficult to take out time for our health due many reasons. In your opinions what can be the smart way to keep yourself healthy & fit but also save time ?
Please share whatever you do which maybe interesting to others.

Eliminate toxicity where possible, obviously no smoke, no alcohol.
Light sport everyday (1 hour walk or bicycle).
Correct mind posture, some meditation.
Avoid negative people when you don't want to help them.
