I love what i do, and i love who i work with (most of the people that is) is it wrong for me to feel demotivated about work?

i been in the Marines for around 3 years now, in the beginning i was a great mechanic. i was sent to school and on missions always came out on top, taking first in many schools related to my occupation. All of a sudden i became less and less interested in work. I know that i like what i do, but it seems like the flame that i had for my job is going away. It saddens me because i know i can do amazing things and be the star but for some reason i feel held back.
